Hot take: ethnic and religious nationalism is bad, and if it is part of your life, culture or personality that is bad too. Doesn’t matter what kind it is, it is the part to destruction for anyone who isn’t in the nationalist’s group.

This is nuts, lads: one of these parties had an internal hate campaign that bent the rules to bully and hound out a huge number of Jewish people over their views on Israel/Palestine. It wasn’t the Green Party, was it?

The Greens have a Labour PM committed to electoral reform at precisely the moment they've essentially made it nearly impossible for that same Lab PM to go into coalition with them.

A lot of people seem to have read "Zionism is racism" as "Zionism is Judaism", which is quite a racist reading.

Stage one of the Islamist assault on the Green Party is now complete. Let's see how long Polanski lasts before they come for the leadership. As has been warned a million times, these Islamic extremists were never going to stop until a policy of dismantling the Jewish state (the ultimate force against Islamism)

It’s worth underlining here that Adam was one of the central figures in a ruthless, flagrantly dishonest hate campaign that culminated in him and his mates hounding out all of the Jewish antizionists in the Labour Party. No benefit of the doubt, for people who have provenly acted in pure bad faith.

I'm not sharing the Braverman posts because every single one of them addresses the wrong problem. The problem is not a fringe politician expounding on her 19th century racial science theories. The problem is a publicly funded broadcaster platforming and normalising them. Several times a day.

I've tended to think the voter bloc who fucked the country for the last 50 yrs should get fucked in this way, esp. as millenials & later won't get to benefit from state pensions ourselves despite being the current funding source. But if the bond markets support it, it's a subjectively bad idea.
