Last night my 5yo constructed his first full sentence on his own, not copying anything he had heard before. After his bedtime story he asked, out of nowhere: “where is gruffalo teddy?” 🥹 He got a gruffalo teddy for Christmas and loves it. All of his other speech to this point has been copying.

Today is World AIDS day and this is a reminder that people living with HIV who are being treated with antiretroviral therapy (= have access to and take medicine) can get the viral load down to undetectable levels and thus will not transmit HIV. Which makes it crucial that everyone gets access to ART
