Sometimes I find myself looking at late medieval plate armour, brigandines, etc, and wishing that I hadn't set my fantasy world in a time period analogous to the 12th to 13th century, before plate armour was a thing.
Plate armour is sexy as hell and Orianna would look amazing in it, but oh well.
