So I’ve just scrolled twenty short videos in the recommended category and these videos have shown up, each supposedly from a different creator, all AI, all hating on welfare recipients. And yes, I block them as they pop up. And it keeps reappearing from different sources

Over the last 24 hrs TikTok’s algorithm started showing a series of AI animated shorts hating on poor people, people in housing commissions, people with disabilities, people on welfare… Media outlets worry about the effect of social media on children, but this is poisonous for *anyone*

Through several days in the witness box, Dwyer established that Charles Perrottet did work through his wife's company and treated it as his own, sometimes signing "Cheers, Charles" on emails sent from Anita Perrottet's work email account. Other times he performed tasks as if he was his wife.

western sydney hit by mini cyclone fence pailings and panels flying, nearly crushed by a trampoline wicked witch style - i dont know how far that traveled the neighbours dont have kids, line washing from all over the suburb is airbourne - clean up will be time consuming but probably not costly

Data centres aren't bad, technically even the AI only ones aren't bad, the issue is the unwillingness to make them sustainable & environmentally friendly. As I'd say to a coal power plant, by all means make your emissions, just offset them some how, like say planting so many trees you offset it all

Most NRL night games are televised 20:00 to 21:45. Banning gambling tv ads till 20:30 means 1hr 15 mins / 70% is open slather for gambling ads. A 30% ban / 70% for ads. Balance right? No industry regulator/compliance, no ‘opt-in’ to help addicts. Credit to Pocock, Greens & Wilkie for amendments.

So #Microsoft does email #ageVerification. Apparently they can determine your age from your email. Mine is over 18 years old so perhaps that's why it worked for me but it's the least invasive option I've seen. No idea what data is shared, they claim email only though. 1/3
