👇Super excited about this work. 👇 Our first proteome analysis of tumor-reactive T cells from non-small cell lung cancer lesions. We identify differentially expressed proteins that we would have missed with RNA-seq. We learned how CHD4 and FASN contribute to T cell differentiation and function.
