Not sure if people know Wakefield was trying to sell a competing measles vaccine when he made up his fraudulent study about the MMR. I think it’s morally repugnant that we disenfranchise incarcerated people in this country, but it’s not all that surprising given our punitive justice system. In the various Scandinavian justice system, the incarcerated retain the franchise, even since the 1930s in Denmark.
