A judge Trump put on the federal bench blocked his mail ballot rule on Sunday. On Monday the Supreme Court refused to rescue it. By Tuesday he was attacking the justices he appointed, calling the ruling a "bad decision" and describing his own appointees as "merely a shell of their original selves."
