Yeah, I summarised above, but for my heuristics this would be like: What is the expected outcome for this dashboard? "I expect PEOPLE to USE it DAILY, to see these metrics." So, your output should fit this, in a positive way. Make a good, meaningful, useful, and easy to use, pleasant, dashboard.

But the thing that has always set bad and good analysts apart is the skill to focus on the outcomes instead. Why is this thing needed? Who is it for? Why should it exist? Should it even exist? And if so, what outcomes will it achieve? Now that the outputs are cheaper to produce, outcomes matter more

Just in case bean counters tell you "the expectations are much higher now in terms of how many papers you should have when you go up for full," well...we can of course check on that. (Keeping in mind that bean counting is not a great method)

Interesting #dataviz. Normally, we see something like a single mean with CIs, but these charts report the range as the metric. I.e., the full range is prominent. I appreciate this important choice to reinforce that the numbers aren't perfect.

"Slowing down," then, doesn't necessarily mean literally slowing down AI production. It means making sure your testing environments are actually secure, that your agents have fail safes built in, and that admin access to critical systems isn't guarded by a plain text 4 letter password.

Great solution. It doesn't break any existing workflows & won't accidentally return the wrong folder. It would be great to also silently address trailing spaces, but since the below is a valid, using Text.Trim() could find the wrong file. MyFolder |--"Data.csv" |--"Data .csv"

It's a systemic problem in science reporting that these summaries exaggerate the evidence. In the actual candy study, the participants were all students, status was manipulated in the lab by telling some students they were better than others, and "nearly twice" means 1 piece vs 2 pieces.
Piff and his colleagues found that upper-class drivers were more likely to cut other cars off at junctions and ignore pedestrians at crossings. Wealthier people also appeared more willing to lie at work. In one experiment, volunteers were left alone with a jar of sweets ostensibly meant for children. When the researchers returned, upper-class people had snaffled nearly twice as many candies as lower-class people.

A few years ago, my daughter's assignment was to make a celebrity out of a 2-liter (she chose Dolly Parton, ofc). She got one of those "record a greeting" cards and removed the inner tech so that, whenever you lifted a flap on Dolly's back, it played Coat of Many Colors.
A doll-like, handmade creation of Dolly Parton holding a guitar, made from a 2-liter bottle. The bottle is surrounded by a patchwork of fabric to represent Dolly's "Coat of Many Colors."Backside of the 2-Liter. One of the flaps on the Coat of Many Colors, normally held in place with a magnet, is being lifted to reveal small electronics. Lifting triggers a switch that plays the chorus of Coat of Many Colors.
