So obviously it would be far better to ignore the manipulation by a foreign power…. Like who did? Remind me - ah yes - the Tories.

Researchers designed seven full days of plant-based hospital meals delivering 90 to 97g of protein a day. If patients can be fed without using animals, why are animals still being treated as ingredients in hospitals?

One of the most important things we can do is take the time to understand each other. We may experience the world differently, think differently and face different challenges. But those differences don't have to divide us. They can help us learn from one another. 💙🧩

Surely it is time for the authorities to take this Fairford terrorism case out of the hands of the police & pass it over to Nigel Farage, Richard Tice & Isabel Oakeshott etc. These people have the expertise & skills to have this all solved & explained to the public by tonight.👍

Laura Kuenssberg - who is paid over £400k a year - asks Andy Burnham where the money to pay for social care will come from. One obvious answer would be higher taxes on people paid over £400k a year.

It is a very poor idea to bring back drinking at Football Matches. Andy Burnham seems to be in a delusional land of profits and picking up a few votes. But the reality is everyone remembers the football violence of the 70's and 80's. We don't need to go back.

£72 million from 2 individuals - both of whom have faced questions about money laundering, both of whom live/d overseas to avoid tax - is not compatible with democracy. I don't care if it's Reform, Labour or whoever. We can't function like this. Not for long. So how do we fix it? My plan:

I think the worst part of Labour's response to the fascist mobilisation is Andy Burnham's absence. He's the most popular politician in the country, with social media reach and actual powers of persuasion, and he's saying nothing in public. He can actually be of use here but he's choosing not to

I'm generally happy to give someone like Burnham a bit of time to get things in order but I'm already pretty impatient for an explanation why an octogenarian holding a small protest placard gets a criminal record but 200 people dressed as paramilitaries blockading Dover can just get the train home.
