I used to think being strong meant handling everything on my own. Now I understand that strength can also mean letting people in, accepting help, and being honest when something hurts. You don’t have to carry everything alone to prove that you’re strong. 😊

I’ve been through things that changed me, hurt me, and forced me to grow. But they didn’t break me. They taught me to appreciate the people who stay, to be proud of the person I’m becoming, and to never give up on myself. And I’m proud of how far I’ve come. 😊

It’s funny how some people come into your life when you least expect it and end up meaning so much to you. You never know which conversations will turn into friendships, or which people will become part of your story.

For a long time, I thought being different was something I had to apologize for. Now I see it differently. I don’t need to make myself smaller just to make other people comfortable.

I miss my parents every single day. I wish they could see how far I’ve come as a man, as someone with autism, as someone who didn’t give up. I talk to them in quiet moments. I hope they’re proud.

I’m autistic. And I know how lucky I am to have people in my life who accept me, care about me and see me for who I am.But not every autistic person has that. And that’s why this matters. No autistic person should have to wonder whether they are too different to be loved, understood or accepted.

I never expected sharing my story to help other people. I started talking about what I’ve been through because I needed to be honest about where I’d been. But then people started telling me that my story helped them feel less alone.
