The Senate GOP’s top PAC is diving into Kansas, a sign that the deep-red state is in play amid a worsening political environment for Republicans.

The ruling means Kansas election officials must continue counting ballots postmarked by Election Day and received within the following three days, including in the upcoming November elections.

“The shorter timeframe is noteworthy and I don’t know why they’re doing this,” Steve Hutkins, who writes for Save the Post Office, told Democracy Docket.
