Thats great! Coffee and tea have great antioxidant effects. Beware tho, i’ve been drinking tea less bc laziness but i’ve noticed i pee sooooo much more when i’ve had any kind of tea. Dont know the science behind it because it happens even when its non caffeinated. Hoping it doesnt affect u as well😵‍💫

This is so wild to me, someone who has drank (albeit sweet) tea all my life. I’m a sweets kinda gal, so i’ll tell ya: the way you fix both of these bitter drinks is with sugar 😂😂 Peppermint tea isnt very strong imo. I always expect clear sinuses but get nada. I only drink it when my belly is wonky.

My parents and my inlaws have animals in their houses that make it where you cant walk barefoot in there. Either they’re hurt/incontinent or just constantly in and out to the point where you’ll get mulch splinters in your feet lol. I have house slippers but i sit on my feet so they get lost lol

Growing up, if i didnt mop once a week religiously, it was painfully obvious and disgusting. I just mopped twice cuz i hadnt mopped in i have no idea how long, but it was totally unnecessary, as the only things i got on the second pass was more hair. God i love having 0 children or dogs!!

I have two cats and roaches. Lol its just florida reality. They come from outside looking for water. We find them in the bathroom mostly. My husband bought something really effective. I’m pretty sure its “Terro” but once i’m up i’ll make sure. We have to kill them cuz the cats just play with them 🥺😭
