Got up and around today. Back is kinda sore but a lot less than yesterday. CFS pressure is definitely figuring itself out. Ears popping, a little bit of virtigo. Definitely saw spots. Big spots. It looked like a Looney Toons cartoon. Fun.

I also love how my B12 test came back barely within normal range. Like my body just dipped its toe in normal and said that's good. I have a double MTHFR gene mutation. Fun, right? I have been taking a suppliment daily alongside my methylfolate. *sigh*

You know? The aftercare nurse never did call me today to check on me post-procedure. Not that there is anything wrong. Just a fail on their part. Still feeling okay. No headaches yet. I'm okay if I get a few days relief out of this. I'll be ecstatic if it lasts through next weekend, at least.
