One thing I miss about Old Tw*tter is how quickly you could sort a customer service problem. I've been trying to contact Eurostar for 5-6 weeks by email, contact form, phone - and even their ridiculous AI helper thing today (which didn't work) - can not reach anyone to change a booking...

It's Free Wills Month for over 55s. As I say in my book, wills aren't just about property but who can claim your body and call the shots on your funeral. It there's no executor then the entitlement order kicks in. Protect those left behind from any dramas 💀👍 freewillsmonth.org.uk

I am working on a list of ableist and other terms to avoid. I'm stuck on 'a bit awkward', which these days generally means neurodivergent - but not everyone wants to be outed that way. One could use no descriptor, but it can be helpful to know it's not just someone being rude/shy/not liking you.

My husband and his friends realised they thought they were good guys but still made like, ironic-sexist jokes. They introduced the 'sexism snake' where wherever one of them made a sexist comment or joke, the others would just start hissing. Didn't need to get into an argument about it, just hissing.
