The reporting on this Trump tweet has been more atrocious than most atrocious reporting on Trump's tweets. Effectively Trump is REVERSING a decision last week (possibly by Russian useful idiots at DOD) to cut 4,000 troops. He's offering Nawrocki's election almost a year ago as his excuse.
