Well, I think I've decided to make Bluesky the only social media I'll use for the foreseeable future. Every time I return to Instagram/Threads after time away, I realize that the only purpose they serve is to make people miserable. I like humanity better when I don't know everyone's inside thoughts.

Unsolicited writing advice, no. 8260: Whatever genre you write, read folklore. Folklore exists because at some point, people cared so much about a certain thing that they put it into a story, and passed it down the centuries in order to keep it alive. That deserves attention.
