If anyone has any advice for pain management, I will gladly accept it. I hate being so restricted. I'm taking 600mg of ibuprofen 3x day, heating pad, and sometimes Midol? No idea if the Midol is doing anything? 54 days. 3/3

Not a single day has gone by where I'm not acutely aware of my lower left abdominal quadrant. I have gone from ~1 day a week of being stuck at home because of pain to ~3-5 days. GI issues have entered the mix. My heating pad gets 8-12 hours of use daily. 2/3

In the last two months I've gone from "what is this crippling abdominal pain" to "is this all in my head? am i being ridiculous?" to a doctor saying it's like 95% that I have endometriosis to now wanting to count down the days until this is cut out of my body. 54 days. 1/n

For me, the answer was multiple sleep disorders. Apnea, but also I kick my legs in my sleep and it kicks me out of restful sleep an average of 12 times an hour. Fingers crossed you find out what's up!
