Sleep hygiene can be just as “damaging as graded exercise” for patients with #MECFS Dr Nigel Speight describes a girl with severe sleep reversal. She walked into hospital and was carried out a month later needing to be tube fed.

Covid continues to covid. Infection rates are high. Asymptomatic spread is common. Every exposure could lead to extended illness. One out of every ten people who contract covid are likely to experience long term harm, including, but not limited to heart, lung & brain disease.

I really love this pediatric study that found the Covid vax was 61% effective against Long COVID at the six-month mark, but that fell to less than 11% effective after 18 months. In case you need incentive to reup your protection!

This year, 25 years after 9/11, was one of the first years I've seen a concerted media focus on the long term harms of 9/11 toxic air pollution. In time, knowledge of the long term harms of COVID will be mainstream too
