Rivals of Aether 2 is possibly the saddest I've been with myself regretting a purchase. I backed the game and knew how it was ultimately going to go, and all it delivers is exactly what it wants, to be fair. It took me 162 hours tracked in Steam to go from having never seriously played a traditional fighter to being diamond in Street Fighter 6, and it's honestly one of the most satisfying efforts I've ever put into a competitive game.

Nickelodeon All Star Brawl 2 came out and it's honestly such a better time than the first. They brought some new mechanics to the playing field, and above all else it's no longer nearly as hand breaking as it was previously. If you make a fighting game, please pay attention to hand health!
