I think thin people are less happy about the idea of an “easy medical solve” for fatness because they want to lose weight and more because they now gave a hammer to crush fat people with that’s even heavier than a meaningfully soppy look and “I’m just concerned for you”

Reminder that "biological sex" is not a thing that exists. It is a legal fiction in every place that refers to it. In the UK, in the equality act, it means "the sex that was written on your original birth certificate." Incidentally, it doesn't matter if that's due to a clerical error.
