I found out last weekend that my father suspected that mom was demonstrating low-level dementia years before she passed. The result was increased dogmatism and resistance to change. I'm wondering about this every time I see something spoken or written by Trump.

It's great to see tailoring accommodate such extreme movement today. This level of tailoring was a bit more common in the past, as you can see in old films featuring Fred Astaire or Gene Kelly, but many modern suits will lift off the wearer's neck even when they're just walking.
