Jewsky, a request for assistance: Kiddo asked for a "textured" tallit. Something not too heavy bc shul gets hot sometimes, but with plenty for a sensory seeker. He identified our touristy woven blanket as ideal (see image.) The only Judaica shop in our town closed; where should I order from?

Bunch of writers sprinkling Celtic mythology or Greek mythology all over a scifi or fantasy story with NO OTHER ELEMENTS from these cultures or countries, but the moment I say, 'Caribbean,' I have to match a newsreel or your vacation fantasy. The double standard is ridiculous.

My third novel, HERO COME HOME, officially has a cover! Preorderable from the usual places us.macmillan.com/books/978125...

The cover of my third novel, HERO COME HOME. Four human figures centred, the main image being that of a bearded man looking back over his shoulder (that's Oro, the protagonist), with a circle of symbols behind him. We can see a swan and a key. In the foreground are three people: two women, one with a mysterious marking? scar? who knows!? on her cheek and the other carrying a sword, flanking an older, balding man holding up a pistol. The possibly-scarred woman looks ever so slightly amused, and that is certainly very like her. Everybody else is not happy to be here, or indeed, anywhere

WERECONIFER is the sequel to WERECOCKROACH. Some months after the first book, Rin and their friends are asked to help find a missing shapeshifting tree. Generally gentle with a queer found family and also aliens. #AroAce #QueerBookSky More information: www.polenthblake.com/words/weretr...

The cover of WERECONIFER by Polenth Blake is at an angle on a brown background. The cover has hand drawn letters and a Scots pine tree with multicoloured round decorations (lights) drawn with felt tip pens. Captions surround the cover in a childish messy font with arrows pointing at things.

Captions pointing at the tree: pine needles, festive lights, tree.

Captions for the book: aliens wearing socks, book two, queerplatonic, also cockroaches, bonus cats, this is a sequel, i drew this, rainy winter, multiple aspec characters.
