I set up some dough yesterday and let it proof overnight on the counter. This morning I shaped it, gave it another hour rise and baked it off in my heated Dutch oven. It’s delicious and everything that I wanted. Peace.🍽️🐾😻🙌

My fella suggested I try something savory on the menu this week just to gauge peoples’ interest - I’m giving tahini onion rolls a shot (largely because they’re pretty and also because I desperately want to dip them into soup). 🍽️🍞🍜
