#31DaysOfGraves Day 3: Glass The final resting place at Lister Lane Cemetery of former carpet weaver William Glass and his wife Amelia. William and Amelia originated from Wellington in Somerset. William passed away 12th December 1872, aged 67. Amelia predeceased him on 16th February 1871, aged 66.

Exciting news! Wild pine martens have naturally migrated to Wiltshire and have bred at the Longleat Estate. An adult pair were spotted earlier this year, and now healthy new kits have been captured on camera too.

Lovely walk along the Grand Union canal early afternoon. Loads of ripe berries - sloes, blackberries, hips, haws. Although some of the ivy flowers are now forming berries those that were still in flower were covered in pollinators.

Yet another morning when my alarm went off at 4.40am. I made my way to Ludlow yesterday and this was the view from Whitcliffe Common at sunrise, with a flight of geese above the castle. On the horizon is Brown Clee and its summit of Abdon Burf, veiled in mist. #shropshire
