I started a new role in the Research Strategy Office of the University of Cambridge. Out of 4 non-/semi-academic jobs I applied for (with easy commute), I received 2 offers. As social scientists, we have lots of transferrable skills and there are interesting opportunities out there. #ECRs #hope
