😂😂😂😂😂 Public shaming is extremely effective. I was in a supermarket checkout behind a woman who was giving the cashier a hard time about whether her coupon was valid. The woman was clearly well-off. I said loudly "why are you badgering this young woman over a fifty cent coupon?" She scuttled off.

This account has happily documented many reasons for vessels to be lost. Daft designs, acts of cartographical inexactitude and suicidal signalling have all featured heavily. However "capsized due to proximity of nudists" is surprisingly underrepresented in the historical record. Until now.

Where i grew up, there was a cranberry bog in back. My father would get a chair and cup of coffee and listen to/watch the woodcocks. He especially liked the whistling sound when they plummet in display flights. He called them "zzbeeps."
