We’re excited to announce the Call for Papers for a special edition of the Practical Theology journal.

The special edition: Adult Theological Education, seeks papers related to contemporary issues in adult theological education, such as recruitment issues, funding shortages, technological influences on academic rigor, secularism, ethics, pedagogy, migration, communism, climate crisis, violent extremism, vulnerabilities or power dynamics. Coincidentally, the number of staff currently at risk of redundancy (2700) at the University of Nottingham is the same as the number of jobs at risk at British Steel. Yesterday, the govt said they aren't neutral on job losses & so pledged to save those steel jobs. Watch as they blithely ignore HE.
