1) this is an american style biscuit 2) as i always say, i don’t have a recipe as much as a technique and a lot of that is just practice and feel. 3) that said, a few helpful tips: use grated frozen butter. pop the biscuits in the fridge for 20 minutes prior to baking. cut ½-inch thick.
