In one game, Elon and Grimes agreed to be allies to attack other tribes, but Grimes decided to "surprise attack" him with a flame ball. This resulted in a huge fight between them, with Elon accusing Grimes of deep betrayal, Grime replying "it's only a video game" and Elon yelling back "it's a huge fucking deal". Grimes says that Elon was so angry that he didn't speak to her for the rest of the day.

The video game story is interesting context for Grimes' song "Player of Games":
