Two yrs ago today, I took a neighbor, hoping 2 find a cell signal 2 call her boyfriend. We'd driven most of the way 2 a store that she'd heard there was cell service. This is what we found. Never saw water in this area before. A car in a field must've tried 2 drive through. We turned back. #Helene
