The truly stupid thing about this settlement? AG Bonta had Ellison's balls in a vice and could casually turn the screws. Starting on October 1, Paramount had to pay $7 million/day to WB shareholders. Moving TV and film work from Hollywood to Nashville? About 2 years if it went smoothly.
