Here it is. This beer is extraordinary in one way: it gets worse with each sip. It starts off boozy and cloyingly malty and then goes downhill rapidly. But there is no bottom. It just gets worse. A taste violation. @randydeluxe.bsky.social

Seems like it came out right.

Barbacoa beef after a five hour slow simmer. It’s cooked down and browned with some crispy edges, falling apart like pulled pork.
