I see people making jokes about NSFW creations and they *might* know this already, but it's not really that they have to own it so much as if you actually had any degree of success with it they could claim you were using their time/resources/etc to make it and steal it.

Hard agree - if a claimant files a takedown/copyright strike on however many hundreds of channels but NEVER files suit, they get their right to claim revoked. End of. If there's a strike system for us the same should apply for claimants as well.

Yeah I get the feeling it might work better as a game, even for the highest degree of sicko it would mostly be nothing happening. Modifiers could potentially make it more entertaining, but in that case I'd probably have any 1 set you all the way back to start.
