Hard agree - if a claimant files a takedown/copyright strike on however many hundreds of channels but NEVER files suit, they get their right to claim revoked. End of. If there's a strike system for us the same should apply for claimants as well.

I'm not going to edit it, but the way youtube's system works is that if the claimant refuses to let it go, the video gets removed until either a) period of time passes (about two weeks) or b) they provide proof of lawsuit (which they will not do)
