Sorry for the people involved but their boat hit the whale, not the other way round. Nothing suggests the whale was acting aggressively. It was just living its life when something we built to travel in it's environment hit it. Hope the whale is OK. www.bbc.co.uk/news/videos/...

Aug 5 2005 Joy showed me a photo of a blade of grass. Opened up to see masses of insect eggs. A few days later took this with my basic Olympus point & shoot. I was HOOKED! How beautiful is a Bee's face? I didn't know,but many books, much learning and more, better? cameras later....

Ways to help bees during a heatwave: • Leave a potted native flowering plant on a doorstep or windowsill as a refueling stop. • Maintain dense shrubs as a shady passage between nectar sources. • Grow damp-loving flowers by a pond, as these offer moist nectar to a thirsty bee.

Why have we dreamed up & invented fairytales of the #supernatural? Because of alienation from life, we become lonely, entitled and fearful. We had to find a way to #decouple from natural realities. Eternal life in the clouds was a good start. This has been replaced with eternal growth in the cloud.
