You know what's odd? That empty potato chip bag next to me was one quarter full just a little while ago. It's a mystery.

Create a disaster plan for your cats via Alley Cat Allies
Create a disaster plan for your cats
One: stay alert. Enable emergency alerts on your phone or other devices.
Two: have a disaster evacuation plan.
Three: create a disaster kit. Keep emergency supplies on hand, including carriers for each cat, food and water, dishes, and medications.
Four: store important documents. Keep up-to-date photos, descriptions, veterinary records, ID tags, and microchip information in an accessible location.
Five: microchip your cats.
Six: identify and prep a backup caregiver.
Seven : make a list of local resources. Include clinics, organizations, disaster shelters, and people you can contact for assistance.

Small museum makes a big impact. The Climax Community Museum made an impact by bringing people together to honour the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation through their Culture Days events. Read more: ow.ly/3wkT50ZSqVO

The Wuthering Heights first published in 1847 isn't quite the version we know today... Our new facsimile reproduces the first edition, before Charlotte Brontë's later revisions. Here's a closer look at the original and the story behind this new publication 👇

Almost all the Germanic languages use the word "ja" for "yes". The English word "yes" comes from Old English "gese" (where the "g" was pronounced like Modern English "y") where it meant "yes, it is". "se" in Old English is related to German "sind". So English was weird back then already

Along with the racist fake grievance of "apologizing for being white," there's also the fact that a bunch of white folks seem to believe (and/or are willing to suggest) that even acknowledging systemic advantages they get for being white is the equivalent of being "forced to apologize."
