There are loads of templates like this for site building tools that are made at least in part by individuals. You actually have to dig through the template galleries to find something different. And the site builders themselves have pages just like this, like astro.build
astro.build
Astro
Astro builds fast content sites, powerful web applications, dynamic server APIs, and everything in-between.

You probably couldn’t design a less safe road for people to wait for a bus at. 7 lanes, no speed enforcement and the only protection is a couple inch curb.

Lateky I can’t help posting comments even though I know it’s bad for me lol. Anyway, assuming that an audience doesn’t get art or irony even as they demonstrate interest in taking up the an artists presentation of it is just dehumanization and isn’t going to lead you anywhere good or useful

Listen to this and exchange Alberta for the UK, and Danielle Smith for that ReformUK person, and all the arguments made by this person would be equally valid for Alberta and the UCP at this moment.

Smith sees the municipal elections in the same light as provincial ones: at the same announcement, she said she hoped that the referenda would give her a mandate to pursue the direction she wants to go for the province. We have a mechanism for that, a general election. She should resign and call one

Limiting homes where Edmontonians want to live, close to their jobs, schools and family, will erode Edmonton's affordability advantage.

I’m decent-to-good at magic the gathering but somehow my win rate in reality fracture limited is like ten percentage points higher than my usual average. This also happened with March of machines, and I don’t really understand why?

Remember when the city ran a years-long consultation and then you could literally go to website and leave whatever comments you wanted on the draft zoning bylaw, and read what other people were saying? Having done so, I can’t help but feel insulted whenever I hear someone say there wasn’t any

People who already own homes taking the opportunity to agree with the Government of Alberta’s decision to reach deeply into a core municipal government responsibility because it personally benefits them in this instance is the part that stresses me out the most about this.

There's an interesting case to be made that younger generations are too focused on precise labels for everything as a coping mechanism, but the people who are largely making that argument right now are more concerned with taking away the labels that genuinely means something and help access care

anyway, tldr: the study makes no judgement about the motivations behind specific sites for automated traffic enforcement, but finds that the justifications given for those sites don't seem to have a significant impact at the whole-city level, even if previous research predicts they work more locally

He was straight up quoted in the media saying that speed-on-green cameras were more effective and necessary than straightaway cameras, which is plainly contradicted by the study, and encouraged the media to ignore the study's disclaimers of unmeasurable indirect impacts

Police drug seizures without arrests roughly doubled during the “decriminalization pilot.” Decrim never happened in BC. It was just a smokescreen to stall demands for drug user liberation, and another betrayal of public trust by police.
