From what I understand: Instead of YOU having to prove that a tech company DIDN'T follow GDPR obligations, The tech companies now instead have to prove they actually DID follow GDPR. Burden of proof is on them. They cant just blanket deny everything. Huge if true! Nice one @iccl.bsky.social
