I would pay cold hard cash to any legislator’s reelection campaign, who asks RFK Jr to 1) define ASD criteria and 2) explain the full evaluation and assessment process. I feel like if you can’t even define the diagnosis you claim is caused by vaccines, you are disqualified from speaking on it.

Using police powers of the state to control, punish, or manipulate adversarial political actors is a hallmark of authoritarian regimes. In a democracy, a conflict between a mayor and the federal government would be mediated by the state, courts, and good faith actors, even if they disagree.

We're sharing fave autism books for #AutismAcceptanceMonth. 1st is NeuroTribes, which "does a fantastic job debunking all-too-common myths; provides moving portraits of autistic ppl & their families; & tells of a deep, fascinating, & often troubling history.” thinkingautismguide.com/2016/03/neur...
Partial cover of the book NeuroTribes: Pale background with a title in large red text reading "NeuroTribes" followed by smaller black subtitle text reading "The Legacy of Autism and the Future of Neurodiversity" with the word 'autism' in red type, over an illustration of a bouquet-like arrangement of green leaves, butterflies and birds.”

A pale green overlay contains black text reading, "Silberman does a fantastic job debunking all-too-common myths; he provides moving portraits of autistic people and their families; he tells of a deep, fascinating, and often troubling history.”

Donald Trump’s order dismantling the Dept. of Education is yet another attack on our children’s future.
