When they get back in power, Democrats need to go all-in on higher education. We need a campaign of reinvestment in public universities across the country that makes the Morrill Land-Grant Act look like nothing by comparison *and* a GI Bill of Rights-style program of tuition grants.

Caucuses are Capitol Hill's campus clubs, and most are strongly bipartisan! Can this kind of connection improve cooperation? My recent research shows it's a mixed bag--being more connected through caucuses improves cooperation, but only marginally. New at APR! journals.sagepub.com/doi/10.1177/...

Microsoft Word has one feature that I'm fairly certain has not changed in over 40 years. When you remove a tab from the ruler, it makes a tiny cloud puff as the marker disappears. Every time I see this, I am instantly transported to using the word processor I used on my Macintosh 512K in 1984.
