brianconnelly.bsky.social @brianconnelly.bsky.social · 28/03/2026The consequences of a general strike would fall most sharply on lower income families. Telling people who work multiple jobs to survive to just not show up is risking their everything: housing, job, health insurance, kids, etc. 3332
Ley @hbtad.bsky.social · 28/03/2026You have disposable income? Unfortunately our economy has broken us. 140

MellieFace ❌👑🖕🏻🧊 @mellieface47.bsky.social · 28/03/2026The number of Amazon returns I deal with daily at my current job is disgusting. You cannot be mad about broken and frustrating systems and still consume at such a mass volume. You cannot. 0391

spool32 @spool32.bsky.social · 29/03/2026Sorry, I’m still using the economy to eat food and pay my bills. 020
bsbafflesbrains.bsky.social @bsbafflesbrains.bsky.social · 29/03/2026Stop shopping Fortune 500. Reuse, recycle, repair. Tariff wars will make that a much easier peaceful protest. Stop shopping and the .01% that own the markets will take notice. Votes with your wallet are better counted than votes at the ballot box. But still vote in every election. 050
bsbafflesbrains.bsky.social @bsbafflesbrains.bsky.social · 29/03/2026For the bottom 50% in US economy the recession started in 2007. Deregulation begun under Reagan has continued basically unabated so that now we are The United States of Legalized Fraud. 'Buyer Beware' isn't effective when the consumer is preyed upon by monopolies and flim flam corporations. 010
Matt @schmagmattis.bsky.social · 28/03/2026I've been doing this for awhile. The effects are slow but if a big enough group of us boycotts excess spending it will hurt. I pay more to buy feed from local farms etc... The machine is made to prevent disruption. Striking only hurts my students. Educating my students is more dangerous. 2440
ElectronicAntichrist @electantichrist.bsky.social · 28/03/2026Every god damn business that gave this administration money needs to feel our disdain and lack of $upport. 000
JustTheDude ❌👑 @justthedud3.bsky.social · 28/03/2026If you still use Amazon, Meta, twitter any other entity that has bent the knee, you are still breaking America. You are culpable for this. We all are culpable.america.you 000

Kat @extrointrovertbs.bsky.social · 29/03/2026Every dollar counts. You know from your own budget how little things add up. We are the 99%. Exercise your power. 000

Dave Durant @davedurant.bsky.social · 28/03/2026Another idea would be to stop using amazon & target & etc and support local businesses instead. 000
Antagonistic @antagonistone.bsky.social · 29/03/2026I agree. All you dumb asses should stop buying food. All food. That will show them. 000
websterjc38.bsky.social @websterjc38.bsky.social · 29/03/2026The only fear these facists have is the threat of loss. If Americans can create some type of mass movement to threaten the loss of something they fear, the game changes. I think national boycotts are one strategy, the problem is getting the masses to do it. 000
