Clinton was morally bankrupt but I want to mention two WILD things I witnessed during his presidency. 1 GOP on Fox News complaining that we had so much budget surplus and were set to pay off the national debt. 2 GOP Fox News complaining that unemployment was too low and salaries rising too fast.

Will be interesting to see the gulf that develops between how we viewed Biden in Oct. 2024 and how he’s viewed historically, in light of what followed and what could have gone differently. Especially since many of his biggest accomplishments were swiftly undone.

Sorry, Clinton might have personal moral issues, but no one is beating what he did for the economy. Absolutely no one - that is simply a fact. It was also 8 years of solid social progress for gays, women, and minorities.

What did Obama actually do that was good? He rolled out a flawed Republican-drafted healthcare system. And then what? He increased drone bombings. He let bankers off the hook for the '08 financial collapse. Didn't jail Bush and Cheney. So what great things did he really do?

Millenniale typically can't remember Bush Sr.'s tenure) very well if at all, much less Reagan. Though we do tend to hate them & their enablers based on knowledge of relevant history. I was six the last year Daddy Bush was in office.
