Apple was too big to fit in the slicer so I cut the sides off first and then when the slicer started to cut the square apple into 16 wedges I realized I'd inadvertently created a Lament Configuration. 😬

An apple in an apple slicer as seen from above; the apple appears square-shaped because the sides have been sliced off. The apple slicer is a circular device with sixteen blades radiating out from a central point. The apple has been mostly sliced through so the top surface looks like a square with sixteen cuts in it, similar to one of the views of the Lament Configuration from Hellraiser.
