Today I learned it's not correct by modern standards to use two spaces after a period. I'm gonna keep doing it because it looks better to my eyes. See how it does a better job at separating two statements? No? Yes? Wow, yeah, I'm not unlearning the double space, that felt horrible to type.

Work out. Work out even for just 10 or 20 minutes a day, as much as your body can handle at a time. Any exercise on a day you wouldn't have exercised to begin with seriously does whittle down the max weight over time. Just do it. It's awesome.
