This year I got myself into song adaptation so bad that it's like a linguistic crush of sorts. And now I'm studying Skaldic and Eddic poetry to translate some extracts from Old Norse. My crush turned into infatuation. Please someone stop me, or I'll end up declaiming to the "revontulet" in the sky 😅
