This is stupid. Its the job losses, fear of more job losses and low pay. You can force people back to the office 5 days a week and just make them miserable by having to pay for and endure more commute time. But they still won't be able to afford to buy lunch when they're there.

Cr Turner now asking how we get rid of increased housing capacity. Complaining about Glen Eden housing built _under current rules_ cos landlords are leaving houses empty.
