TCP/IP, the protocol of the Internet, runs on whatever wire protocol is underneath. "Ethernet" and "G5" are such "wire" protocols. The first TCP/IP ping packet sent by the protocol described in RFC 1149 is up for auction. RFC 1149 is "A Standard for IP Transmission via Avian Carriers."

My question is: can they just not use USPS? Can the states use UPS or FedEx to deliver ballots to voters and then pick them up? I have my ballot delivered by mail and then use a drop box for mine and my wife's, who is unable to vote in person.

I don’t live in an apartment, but I have said these exact words with my tortie Kaylee. Pet tax! Apologies for the focus issues; my hands shake from my chronic illness.

Kaylee is in the middle of a trio of pets: Timbit on the left and Kaylee’s littermate River on the right. Timbit is a white Pomeranian and is still nervous about the cats. Kaylee is a dark tortie with a bright orange streak down the middle of her nose. Her sister has the same coloring. They look rather like burnt toast. Not pictured: River squeaks and trills and has a more american shorthair body, while Kaylee yowls and has a very oriental frame and tail.

Kaylee is out of focus here, but her nose streak is really visible and so is a same colored splotch on her left neck and chest.
