Today's #inktober drawing is Obvidian, Kaius's friend and occasional domme from Touch of Magic. She was working as a dominatrix at the brothel where Kaius worked (as an accountant lol) and so that's how they met. She is very kind and sweet to him (outside of the sex, which is mean lol)

It honeslty just shows me how much rape culture exists. With James Somerton, we all collectively agreed he didn’t deserve a platform anymore, and he disappeared. My total time working in concrete added up to about 10 months. It left me with carpal tunnel syndrome, a back injury, and a bunch of the skin ripped off my left arm from a supervisor's easily avoidable error. I loved it, learned a ton from it, but I'd be on my way to an early grave if I'd stayed in.

i know this person on instagram is trying to be inclusive of trans men and nonbinary folk but trans women absolutely get sexually assaulted, often at higher rates than anyone else. You can just say "women and other marginalized genders" if you want to be inclusive.

I am Jane Doe. Every single AFAB person you know has been the victim of sexual assault or sexual harassment, often multiple times per years, in their lifetime. Let that sink in.

i actually think book/writing discourse takes off constantly because authors use it as a form of self-promotion. You see this on Instagram. The algorithm promotes "drama" posts over actual marketing posts or whatever else. Authors get into petty fights on a photo app, using Canva to write clapbacks
