Trump wants to imprison the homeless. The US has more people in prison than ANYWHERE in the world. The U.S. holds about 20% of the world's prisoners, despite having only about 4% of the global population. (Per Capita, it is second only to El Salvador, and 3rd place (Rwanda) is far behind.)
