Please allow me to add some guinea pigs to this conversation? Maybe Bluesky doesn’t “need” cute rodents pictures, but we can all agree that cute rodents pictures can’t hurt. Anyways, carry on.

Even if you "disable" Copilot, that just disables user access. It's still part of Windows and other apps, still passively ingesting whatever data you're putting into Excel or PowerPoint or whatever. The US military is going to fucking blow a gasket over this, not to mention the HIPAA lawsuits ...
